More About Me

Ask people why they love living in Sacramento and many will say it's because Sacramento is a small-town community with big-city amenities. Few realtors understand these complimenting qualities better than Coldwell Banker's Teresa Olson.

The daughter of realtors, Teresa was born and raised in Sacramento's Land Park neighborhood. She later moved to the Bay Area where she studied fashion and design and launched her own vintage-inspired clothing line called Minnie Wilde, which received national acclaim. After years of designing clothing and operating a boutique in San Francisco's Hayes Valley, she decided to return to her hometown to raise her young family and embark on a career in real estate.

Teresa's background in fashion and design dovetails perfectly with helping clients find the home of their dreams, one that realizes their ideal aesthetics and combines financial needs with lifestyle priorities. While specializing in the Land Park and Curtis Park neighborhoods, Teresa works throughout the Sacramento region and prides herself in her knowledge of the nuances of local areas and connecting clients with the right homes and investments.

With nearly 15 years of experience as a realtor, Teresa always puts her clients first and goes the extra distance to ensure they feel heard and understood in every stage of the selling or purchasing process. Organized, responsive and informed, she believes her clients deserve the best insights and advice when working to achieve their real estate goals.

Teresa is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Sacramento Association of Realtors. She has been a recipient of Coldwell Banker's President's Circle award multiple times. When she's not serving her clients, Teresa loves to play competitive tennis, drive her convertible 1979 Alfa Romeo Spider Veloce, and practice speaking Italian.
